Description:We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Meraki team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in aerial, acrobatics, and circus disciplines. Teaching days are Monday - Thursday, with approximately 10-20 hours, depending on experience. Weekend performance / workshop gigs available too. Open to international applications - Visa and ABN required.Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to various skill levels and teach mixed level / apparatus lessons * Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions * Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment * Assist in organising and executing performances and showcases * Stay updated with the latest techniques and safety protocols in aerial and circus arts Qualifications: * Extensive experience in aerial (primarily silks and static/dance trapeze) acrobatics, and circus coaching * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to motivate and inspire students * CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) * Working with Children Check - would need to update to a Queensland blue card if you arrive from somewhere else * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends * Open to commute 1.5hrs 1-2 x per week to teach in our partner city * Performance skills for professional shows and events If you are enthusiastic about sharing your passion for aerial and circus arts and are committed to helping students reach their full potential, and love performing we would love to hear from you.
