Description:

The AYCOfest Co-Director is responsible for managing the production of the 2023 American Youth Circus Organization Festival. Working closely with the AYCO/ACE Executive Director, the event host (SANCA), and AYCO/ACE staff, the Co-Director handles planning and execution of registration, programming, and event logistics.

The Co-Director should be: a strong leader and collaborator, as well as highly proficient at administrative tasks, organization, prioritization, written and verbal communication, and meeting deadlines. Prior event production experience a plus.
