Description:

The Associate Technical Director is responsible for assisting with the daily technical operations of the Production Department, including drafting, lighting, sound, set design, construction, and coordinating necessary maintenance. The Associate Technical Director will work in a demanding environment and is expected to think creatively and respond rapidly to a constant influx of demands. In this position, the ATD will assist in providing leadership and supervision for all activities pertaining to AMDA+rsquo;s technical production team. The Associate Technical Director will be responsible for assisting in developing a highly motivated and collaborative technical production team, which includes carpenters, electricians, student workers, and all other technical production staff.
