Description:
Joining the Paris studio means representing Moment Factory in the EMEA territory thanks to a solid collaboration with the Montreal office. This union allows us to learn from each other and grow since the studio is nourished by local and international talents. Established in Paris in 2016, the studio is located in the 11th arrondissement in the heart of Oberkampf, a trendy and eclectic neighborhood.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure sound management of the technical budget;
Optimize project management and communication between the different technical and creative departments (conduct meetings, produce data tables, organize the file structure, etc.);
Assist the person in charge of technical management placed with the production and production teams in order to ensure the technical efficiency of each project;
Plan the resources necessary for the project (internal and external);
Develop production, installation and dismantling schedules in close collaboration with the person in charge of technical management;
Develop daily operating procedures in collaboration with the integration team;
Assist, train, support and/or build a product in line with acquired knowledge and skills;
Collaborate with the technical drawing and AV design teams to develop connection and location plans for technical equipment;
Calculate projection angles and product location according to the design team's directives while carrying out projection studies;
Propose audiovisual product and control solutions according to the specific needs of different projects, in collaboration with the team;
Plan and carry out various technological, scenographic and UX tests and prototypes;
Develop production, installation and dismantling schedules in close collaboration with the technical director;
Install, configure and calibrate equipment and software on project sites;
Develop and update technical reference and operating documentation for projects in conjunction with the documentation manager;
Constantly be on the lookout for new developments (multimedia, software and technical integration solutions).
YOUR JOURNEY CONTAINS
Have 5 years of relevant experience in installation management of multimedia performing arts projects and/or permanent AV installations;
Technical training in audiovisual, electronics, theater production, multimedia, or 7 to 10 years of experience in a related field;
General knowledge of basic networking and related to audiovisual technologies (AV over IP, NDI, Dante, ArtNET, sACN, etc.);
General knowledge of media server and show control systems;
Knowledge and/or interest in the field of AI;
Knowledge of CAD software AutoCAD, Sketchup;
Good knowledge of Office and Google suites; Professional command of French and English, both oral and written since you will have to communicate with English-speaking clients as part of your work;
Possess a valid driving license.
THIS IS NOT OBLIGATORY, BUT IT IS A PLUS
Knowledge of the construction and permanent installations environment;
Knowledge of the audiovisual and performing arts sector;
Knowledge of the following software: Wysiwyg, EASE, Mapping Matter, Smartsheet, Vectorworks, AutoCad and/or Sketchup;
Understanding of interactivity and its technical components (sensors, camera, AI).

Travel occasionally to supervise the integration of projects in France or abroad;
Flexible work schedule (sometimes evenings and weekends);
In the context of the Parisian studio, i.e. cohabitation within a small team, all employees are expected to get involved in the life of the office and contribute equally to its daily management. in collaboration with our office manager (one-off and varied tasks such as shopping, event organization, reception of packages, logistics management, etc.).
