Description:Job SummarySeeking two p/t Assistant Stage Managers for ‘Monopoly Lifesized!’ The stage management team provide essential operational support for the games, maintaining and resetting the props and the game rooms and ensuring the games run efficiently in conjunction with front of house. Job Description The team manages, often time sensitive situations, in a live game setting and provides practical and pastoral support for the Performers. Both roles begin on Saturday 1 November 2025 and are 30 hours across 5 days per week. One x 6 month contract and one shorter contract (9 weeks til Sunday 4 January 2026). PLEASE NOTE: From 1 December 2025 - 1 January 2026 non-availability and holiday requests will not be considered, and a leave embargo will be in place across the on-site staff pool. The operation will be open on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Please only apply if you are able to work these dates. Self-employed contract, paid at £14.25p/h, includes SSP and holiday pay. Overtime will be paid at the basic hourly rate of £14.25. Payment on receipt of invoice. The job is located at Monopoly Lifesized 213-215 Tottenham Ct Rd, London W1T 7PS Job Responsibilities Dealing with the public - exceptional customer service skills required. Supporting the Performers in any potentially conflicting situation - stepping in to de-escalate and/or knowing when to call additional support (training given.) Re-setting games both manual and digital. Keeping the backstage areas, boards and game rooms clean and tidy, including daily cleaning and sanitising. Troubleshooting and liaising with tech team as necessary. Ability to multi-task and "think on their feet". Clear communication on the radio. Maintaining requisite level and standard of props on each board - liaising with SM to source as necessary. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually. Ability to remain focused and calm when under pressure. Strong communication and organisational skills. Self-motivated and able to manage their own workload.
