Job Description
Fixed Term: 12 month contract.
Salary:Above Equity SOLT / UK Theatre minima.
Benefits:Workplace/Equity Pension Scheme
Hours:48 hours per week (including evening, bank holiday and weekend work)
Holiday:32 days per annum, including up to 4 bank holidays
Probation period: 12 weeks
Notice period:Four weeks during the probationary period, and eight weeks thereafter.
Job Requirements
Essential
Minimum 2 years' experience of large scale productions, as part of the Stage Management team.
Experience of calling mid to large scale productions.
Good communication skills, and proven ability to work as part of a production team.
Desirable
Experience of aerial performers or flying.
Experience of immersive environments.
Job Responsibilities
Learn and perform both the ASM show tracks.
Learn to call the show, providing book cover as required. The production includes aerial performers and pyrotechnics.
Deputise for the Deputy Stage Manager in their absence.
Attend maintenance, rehearsal and publicity calls as required.
Attend weekly aerial calls.
Learn the aerial operation tracks and Stage Manager's track, providing cover as required.
Work alongside a large food and beverage team during the performance and food service.
