Summary
This tenure-track position begins August 2025. Assignments will include lighting design for theatre and dance productions, teaching classes in Lighting Design, Introduction to Design, and Computer Aided Theatre Design (Vectorworks, Sketchup, Adobe), Portfolio Preparation, and mentorship of student lighting designers.
The School of Theatre and Dance has 17 full-time faculty and staff, 330 majors, and is accredited by NAST/NASD. It is comprised of vibrant, undergraduate only, competitive-entry programs that highly value collaboration. Requirements
Qualifications: MFA in Lighting Design and professional design credits. University teaching experience preferred. Review of applications will begin October 15 and continue until the position is filled.
