Description:SummaryAssistant Costume Shop Manager What We're Looking For Position: Assistant Costume Shop Manager, Department of Theatre Arts Required: Bachelor’s Degree, one year of relevant work experience Preferred: Master's Degree in fine arts, three years of relevant work experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of another. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. What You Will Do • Assist Costume Shop Manager with any assigned tasks • Take measurements and complete alterations with minimal supervision • Manage stock as a rental facility for student director’s class projects • Guide students in practical application of skills: pulling and restocking of costume pieces, alterations of garments, shop projects, design realization, paperwork creation • Work with Shop Manager to train student wardrobe/maintenance crew members in duties and paperwork. • Attend tech rehearsals to manage/teach student wardrobe team • Be on call for any weekend maintenance needs during show run • Support the mission and vison of Baylor University • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission • Ability to comply with university policies • Maintain regular and punctual attendance To apply, visit: https://apptrkr.com/6218993
