We are looking for two organized, capable, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to be our Virtual EdCon 2021 Assistant Directors!

The Assistant Directors will work directly with the EdCon Director in the weeks leading up to the EdCon and during the event itself. Assistant Directors will provide supported assistance with a variety of tasks key to the success of the festival, including but not limited to:

- Managing registration
- Scheduling programming
- Keeping public event information up-to-date
- Communicating with session leaders
- Supervising volunteers

The stipend for this position is $500, plus one free year of Professional ACE membership.

The Assistant EdCon Directors should have:

- A vested interest in and experience with circus education in the US
- Experience working with others and managing projects
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc)
- Previous experience with Zoom
- Access to a strong internet connection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Graphic design, Wordpress, and/or language skills (Spanish, ASL, etc) a plus!

Applicants must be available for the entire Virtual EdCon, roughly 11am-8pm ET Saturday October 9th and Sunday October 10h, as well as 2-4hrs/week from late August to early October.
