Culture Moves Europe opens doors to artists and cultural professionals who want to grow internationally. The program supports creative mobility and residency projects within the countries, regions, and territories of Creative Europe.
The new call for Individual Mobility has been published. This call is ongoing, with monthly deadlines from October 31, 2025, to April 30, 2026 (except December 2025). At the end of each calendar month, applications submitted that month will be assessed and either approved or rejected.
Culture Moves Europe grants enable people to travel, collaborate, and carry out projects in other European countries. Between 2025 and 2028, some 7,000 artists, cultural professionals, and host organizations will receive support from a total budget of €25 million. This initiative is funded by the European Union's Creative Europe program and implemented by the Goethe-Institut.

You must submit your application no later than 23:59 on one of the following deadlines :

No deadline in December 2025
January deadline: January 31, 2026
February deadline: February 28, 2026
March deadline: March 31, 2026
April deadline: April 30, 2026
