Endgame Entertainment GmbH is looking for an Artist Management & Booking in Comedy & Entertainment (m,f,d) To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are now looking for an Artist Manager with the desire to gain initial experience in an interesting and dynamic industry at a growing entertainment company. Tasks
Building and developing relationships with emerging and established artists and partners
customer/project (new) acquisition
Develop projects with and for artists you lead or support
Collaboration with artists and the customer - from idea generation to execution
Increase, measure and analyze artist performance using key engagement metrics
Close cooperation with existing and new partners for a long-term relationship
Monitoring, filtering and prioritizing collaboration opportunities for our artists
qualification
Experience in artist management, LIVE booking, community management, media and marketing
very good written and spoken German and English skills (DE at native speaker level!)
good understanding of social media platforms and their content
organizational skills, project management skills and hands-on mentality
Affinity and creativity in the field of entertainment & comedy
strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships externally and internally.
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
would like to have an existing network of artists or potential cooperation partners
