Description:Dear artistsFrom now until 25th April 2025 we accept applications from artists for the last edition of the YOUNG STAGE festival, which will be held from 18-22 September 2025 in Basel, Switzerland. Dates of the Festival 2025: Arrivals: 12-14 September 2025 Rehearsals: 13-17 September 2025 Shows: 18-22 September 2025 Departures: 23 September 2025 More information: https://www.young-stage.com/en/application/ Requirements:Important information about the application:– Applications are accepted from artists who are not older than 27 years in September 2025. For groups, the average age counts. – Artists that have already applied for one of the previous years but have not been selected can apply again. Please send us a new registration! – Artists who have already taken part in the festival may apply again but need to perform in another discipline. – The maximum performance time is 6 minutes. The video that you send may be longer, but in case you will be selected for the festival the performance will have to be cut. – Hotel and meals are free during the stay in Basel and travel expenses will be reimbursed. – All applicants will be informed about a possible participation until end of May 2025. Additional Information:Technical information about the stage of the festival:- The stage has a dimension of 12 x 8 meters. - It is covered with a dance floor. - It is generally possible to rigg chinese poles or other props. - We have a motor winch for aerials acts. - The rigging point for aerial acts is at a height of about 9 meters.
