LATITUDE CIRQUE, based in St Laurent du Maroni, in GUYANA, is looking for a 23/24 back-to-school animator / coordinator on a 35h/week contract, (replacement of a departure)

CDD contract that can lead to a CDI if real motivation and investment
Hiring date: summer 2023

The Animator/Coordinator is responsible for:
In his role as an Animator: To
teach and promote circus arts
To develop/design, animate and evaluate, alone and in a team, sessions, workshops, internships and coherent learning cycles within the framework of discovery, initiation and/or improvement in circus arts.
Manage a group of students
Design and set up restitution times (numbers and/or collective shows).
Handle and install specific equipment (safety)
Promote circus cultural openness
Participate in events of the structure
Participate in the maintenance of equipment and the place.

In his role as coordinator:
Supervise and support the young leaders of the structure, even participate in in-house training.
Designing projects and supporting their implementation.
Make the link between the team and the partners of the projects
Participate in the design of adapted educational content.
