About Pole Control Studios: Fly Studios is a 1700 sqft state of the arts studio located in up and coming Parkville since 2010. We specialize in teaching students from ages 3 to adults the spectacular world of aerial arts through classes, camps, and birthday parties. Check us out at www.polecontrolstudios.com We are looking for inspiring aerial coaches who can join our fly family! Positions Available: 1. Lead Advance Aerial Arts Instructors Duties: Teach multi-level aerial arts curriculum to students ages 3 - and older. Daily studio maintenance and cleaning. Creative lesson planning and choreography development for our winter and spring performances. Skills: Intermediate/Advance level of aerial arts training on the silks, pole, or the lyra. Ability to engage appropriately with all level students. Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone & an overall FUN Attitude. Experience working or teaching children is a plus. Time Requirements: *STUDIO HOURS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:45am-1pm, 5pm-10pm SATURDAYS 8am - 4pm. (Candidates do not have to be available for all days, but the more days available is a plus). Tuesday afternoon 2:30pm-5pm for optional paid staff class aerial arts training. Traits: FUN, energetic, responsible, flexible, outgoing, reliable, responsive to feedback. Other Requirements: MUST HAVE... A Drivers License with your own registered vehicle A backgrounds check within the first month of hire. (will be reimbursed by Pole Control Studios) A CPR/First Aid Certification within the first month of hire.
