Les Ailes du Désir is looking to develop a unique Contemporary Circus in Miami by providing our students with unique and talented performers from around the world. Contemporary circus art has developed exponentially throughout the world; however, Miami has experienced a more muted growth when it comes to this niche art form despite being a metropolitan city.

Our organization is actively looking for a seasoned administrative assistant & liaison officer that will work alongside LADD staff and personnel, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced international arts environment. In addition to their daily responsibilities, the new recruit will assist in the development of noteworthy events and workshops on relevant issues in Contemporary Circus and Dance with guest artists rom a wide range of arts organizations representing different aspects of the field.
