YOUR MISSION Reporting to the Senior Casting and Artist Contract Management Director, you will be required to perform casting sourcing activities (auditions and scouting) in Circus and Sports field and recommend the best artists available, as well as the replacement strategies that are best adapted to our shows in creation and operation. Among other things you will have to: •Handle all casting requests related to your group of clients; •Provide recommendations of artists to Senior Artistic Directors, Artistic Directors and Coaches; •Clarify and validate the profiles sought; •Perform searches in the database; •Ensure accurate and complete documentation on artist profiles and related functions; •Manage projects that are related to position received with prompt follow-up and adherence to deadlines; •Collaborate with other Casting Advisors within the global Casting team; •Create an atmosphere of trust and cooperation with clients so as to better understand and satisfy their casting expectations; •Manage and deliver artist presentations; •Manage the casting expectations and priorities of your client group; •Collaborate with the Las Vegas Resident Show Division Casting team with professional and regular communications; •Contribute to the projects of Creation, Innovation and Human Performance Development for various projects of CDS Entertainment Group; •Write reports following casting activities; •Manage auditions according to the established methodologies; •Perform all other related tasks. YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE •6 to 8 years international experience as a circus artists in any acrobatic discipline, or in high level gymnastic sport or similar; •Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken; Knowledge of other languages, an asset; •Good computer skills or good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; •Experience of working with Databases, video capturing and editing is an asset; •Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities and in ambiguous situations; •Diplomacy and discretion in all communications; •Ability to work in a team; •Flexibility and high level of adaptability; •Availability to travel; •Possess relevant academic training associated with expertise; •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; •High knowledge of the different acrobatic disciplines such as Gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, martial arts, extreme sports, circus arts; •A solid network of national and international contacts in related field(s); To keep pace with the creation, production and distribution of our products, our employer proposal is unique.
