Description:

Velocity Complex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Acro Instructor to join our team. As an acrobatics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of various levels and ages acrobatic dance in a structured, disciplined and organized way. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment where the students can reach their acrobatic goals.

Requirements:

Experience:
- Certification in ADTA, Acrobatic Arts or equivalent
- Previous experience in coaching acrobatics is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Willing and eager to learn and participate in hands on training and educational opportunities, such as, courses, workshops, and classes
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

Duties:
- Plan and deliver instructional lessons using studio curriculum
- Provide guidance and support to students during class activities as well as be able to spot assist all levels and ages in acrobatic tricks.
- Teach students proper techniques , skills , and strength building exercises
- Ensure the safety of all students during class sessions
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop and implement program enhancements
- Strong communication skills with Owner and Director
