Description:

The Mac-Haydn Theatre, Chatham, NY is seeking production and administrative staff for its upcoming 2025 summer season. Located 2 hours north of NYC the Mac-Haydn produces 6 mainstage musicals and 2 Special Events. There are also additional performance and educational opportunities. Full Season Dates: May 23 - September 1, 2025.

Sound Mixer / A2
Works closely with the Sound and Audiovisual Department Manager, Director, Choreographers to implement the sound design and maintain all sound equipment. Applicants should be highly motivated with a strong background in digital console programming. Candidates should be familiar with Sennheiser and Shure wireless systems, qLab, and line by line mixing (familiar with a Yamaha TF5). Candidates should be comfortable mixing 16-20 wireless microphones as well as mixing a 5-7 piece orchestra. Candidates must be able to lift at least 75 pounds.

Compensation: $525/wk. Housing + Travel Stipend.
Dates: May 23 - September 1, 2025

Qualified Candidates must be highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and agree to adhere to the theater's health and safety protocols.
