Key Responsibilities:
Serve as A1 and oversee all audio needs for Skylight productions and rental events.
Maintain, test, and install all audio, projection, and sound equipment.
Review sound plots and manage equipment installation based on design specifications.
Set up technical elements (tech tables, monitors, comms, etc.).
Produce and archive show-related audio paperwork and files.
Ensure proper shutdown and secure storage of equipment post-use.
Maintain overall audio/video system upkeep.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of live musical mixing experience.
Proficiency with QLab, MainStage, Yamaha digital consoles, and Dante networks.
Experience with live video projection systems and networking.
Familiarity with show control systems (OSC, MSC, MIDI, Timecode) a plus.
Experience with Shure ULXD systems and Wireless Workbench is a plus.
Strong leadership, collaboration, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and meet deadlines independently.
Work Schedule:
Seasonal position with irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Eligible for paid overtime with approval.
