At Stratford Circus we believe in supporting artists and understand the value and importance of resourcing and developing ideas. As part of our ending well plans. We will fund 5 emerging artists with a £2000 award to contribute to their creative practice or development of a new creative idea which will connect to communities in East London.
The project or idea can be from any artform, and we are particularly keen to fund projects and ideas which connect artists and creatives to their local communities with an overall objective to bring joy through art and connect their audience to creativity. The award can go towards further professional development, equipment or tools or used as a wage to subsidise time taken to develop your idea or be a steppingstone in moving an idea into a reality.
