Description:

Starts the show as the Water Skier being pulled by the Jet Skier out of the Jet Ski Launch and around the Lagoon. He slams into the bow of a boat and disappears into the Lagoon, reentering as Smoker #8 driving the Deacon boat. He is constantly trying to impress the Deacon and is in constant competition with Lackey for the Deacons’ sidekick position.

Uses weapons, fights with the Mariner, and falls with the Mariner into the Lagoon.
