Please wear comfortable clothes to move in. SILKS TEACHERS Candidates MUST: • Have at least 3 years Silks training with a background in teaching. • Be in easy travelling distance of the West Midlands. • Be approachable, friendly, believe in accessibility, be well organised and have a willingness to pitch in. Desirables: • Experience of working with young people and/or work with people with disabilities. • Rigging/First Aid/DBS check • Performance experience • Additional ground or aerial disciplines • Full driver’s licence DANCERS/ACTOR AERIALISTS Candidates MUST: • Be strong performers with good applicable experience. • Have ideally 2 years experience in these disciplines. • Be within easy travelling distance of the West Midlands or be prepared to stay here for rehearsal periods. • Be prepared to assist in the promotion of shows in and around touring locations where appropriate. • Be prepared to assist with get in and get out. • Experience in rigging, touring and having a full clean driving license would be an advantage. • Must have stamina, skill, creativity and the willingness to pitch in. FOR ACTOR AERIALISTS ONLY: Please confirm in your application if you are available for these dates. We will still consider you for other projects if not. Confirmed Performance Dates: 'Around the World In 80 Days' in Coventry Set Up: 20th March 5-8pm @WMCC Rehearsals: 21st-23rd 10-5pm, 24th 10-7pm. Get In: 25th March, times tbc Show Day: 26th, Performances between 10-4pm Get Out: 27th, times tbc Prepare to Present:Dancers please prepare a 3 minute routine.Actor Aerialists can prepare a short monologue and an aerial routine or combine them.
