Prepare to Present:

WHAT WILL A TYPICAL AUDITION DAY CONSIST OF?
Attendees will be split into groups (dancers, dancer/aerialists, aerialist/movers)
All participants will rotate during the audition to 3 different stations:
DANCE STATION: A Dance combination using various styles of dance will be taught and all participants will be given time to practice and asked to perform for our auditors.
STRENGTH STATION:
?Men: 5-10 continuous Pull ups, 15 regular Push-ups, 1 Rope climb, 3 Inverted Straddles (No Breaks), 1 Handstand (as long as possible)
Women: Pull ups: as many as possible or 3 very slow negatives, 15 Regular Pushups, 1 Rope Climb, 3 Inverted Straddles (No Breaks), 1 Hand Stand (as long as possible)
??AERIAL STATION:
? (Pending the number of participants at the Audition), Aerialists will have 90 seconds - 3 minutes to share a solo act on the apparatus of their choice. All efforts will be made to determine this time allotment at the beginning of the audition and to assist with rigging aerialist's personal apparatus when possible. (Silks, trapeze, lyra will be provided.)
Dancers and Dancer/Aerialists without acts, will be coached and/or asked to share skills.

CALLBACKS WILL BE HELD THE SAME DAY. Participants should expect more of the above PLUS:

??FLYING STATION: All participants will have an opportunity to be tested in a harness/wire pendulum flying systems.
