Phénomena is an interdisciplinary and bilingual festival whose objective is to showcase innovative, unclassifiable and extravagant artists. The Festival presents cabarets, fanciful and theatrical performances, shows with projections, happenings, ambulatory, installations and explosive and poetic events. Experimentation and risk taking are at the heart of our work. Phénomena is interested in professional artists who have a very personal approach, whether emerging or established, and in independent and nonconformist companies. We offer a forum for artists who take risks, who are rigorous and who question themselves. We present hybrid creations, poetic and out of the ordinary, which remain touching and authentic. Part of the programming is already planned by the artistic director and the other part will be following the call for projects.
